Our Estate Gin

This spirit could only come from our estate. Our small-batch gin starts on our land – local rye, Sierra Nevada snowmelt, and eight aromatic botanicals like juniper, white sage, and Carson Valley lavender. It’s the result of of our passionate team and our home in the rich and rugged land of Nevada’s High Desert.

What Is An Estate Spirit?

This is more than a name, it’s a designation. The law in Nevada is strict. To be recognized as an Estate Distillery, the majority of raw materials used to make spirits here must be grown here, on land under our control. This is a law that we support because it is the guiding principle that honors the land we live and work on, and gives our spirits a provenance that no others can claim.
